Which size should I order?
Measure your waist at the narrowest point. M 60-67 cm (24-26 in), L 67-73 cm (26-29 in), XL 73-80 cm (29-31 in), 2XL 80-86 cm (31-34 in), 3XL 86-93 cm (34-37 in). If you are between sizes or want a gentler hold, go up a size. Wrong size? Swap it free within 30 days.
Is it ok after a c-section?
The mesh and seamless edges are soft against a scar and many mums find gentle support comfortable once their care team says light compression is fine. Please check with your doctor or midwife first, and take it off if anything feels sore.
Will it fix diastasis recti or flatten my belly permanently?
