Find your fit

Find your size

Go by your waist measurement, not the size you usually wear. After a baby the two rarely match.

I measure in

Waist narrowest part, just above your belly button 75 cm

Hips the fullest part 98 cm

XL
This is your size.
Between sizes? Smaller for a firmer hold, larger for a softer one. Wrong size? Swap it within 30 days.

No tape measure? A phone charging cable or a piece of string works: mark where it meets, then lay it flat against any ruler.

The problem

Does your back ache by the third feed of the day?

Newborns feed 8 to 12 times a day. That is hours of holding your baby's full weight, hunched forward, arms locked, shoulders tight. By week three it shows up as a sore neck, dead arms and a back that never quite unknots.

How it works

Set up in ten seconds

Why it works

Built to do three things, at every feed.

01

01 · The weight comes off

Your arms get a break, every single feed

A newborn feeds 8 to 12 times a day, and a 4 kg baby held at the breast for 30 minutes is a long time for anyone's forearms and wrists. The shoulder strap and the snap waist belt carry that weight for you, so you can sit back, drop your shoulders and drink your tea while it is still hot.

02 · The right height, without hunching

Baby comes up to you, not you down to baby

The raised wedge sits on the C-shaped base and lifts your baby to breast or bottle height. The soft bear-ear headrest keeps a wobbly newborn head steady. Less curling over the baby means less of the neck and upper-back ache that builds up by week three.

03 · Sitting, standing or pacing

Clip it on and keep moving

The belt snaps around your waist, the strap goes over your shoulder and the pillow stays where you put it. Feed on the couch, standing in the kitchen or walking the hallway at 3am. Dad and grandma can do the bottle feed with exactly the same setup.

Mama, you've got questions

Does it really leave both hands free?

Yes, that is the whole point. The snap belt clips the base around your waist and the adjustable strap goes over one shoulder, so the pillow and the baby's weight are carried by the strap and belt, not your arms. Most mums keep one hand lightly on the baby out of habit, and that is fine. The difference is you are not holding 4 kg up at breast height for half an hour.

Is the baby strapped in?

No, and that is deliberate. The strap and belt attach the pillow to you. Nothing attaches the baby to the pillow. Your baby lies on the raised wedge with the headrest behind their head, supported by the pillow and by you. Always stay with your baby while using it.

Can my baby sleep on it?

No. The Glow Nest is for feeding only, with you right there. Once the feed is done, move your baby to a flat, firm, safe sleep surface. This matches safe-sleep advice from Red Nose and the AAP: no pillows, wedges or soft surfaces for sleep.

Breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or both?

Both. For breastfeeding the wedge brings your baby up to the breast so you are not hunching, and the strap takes the weight off your arm on the long side. For bottle feeding anyone can wear it, which is why dads and grandparents like it for the night and early-morning bottles.

Will it fit me?

The waist belt has a row of press studs and fits roughly 60 to 115 cm around, and the shoulder strap is fully adjustable. It is designed for the postpartum body, so a soft tummy is exactly what it expects. If the belt will not close comfortably, send it back within 30 days.

Is it ok after a c-section?

Many mums find the belt sits above the incision and takes pressure off the lap, which is where a lap pillow lands. Fasten it where it feels comfortable, never over a sore scar, and check with your midwife or doctor if you are unsure. Take it off if anything feels tender.

From what age, and until when?

From the first feed. Most families use it hardest in the first 3 to 6 months, when feeds are longest and most frequent, and keep it for bottle feeds and sit-up time until around 12 months. Stop using the strap once your baby is rolling or sitting strongly and wants to move during feeds.

How do I wash it?

Unzip the cotton cover and machine wash it cold on a gentle cycle, line dry. Spot clean the inner pillow with a damp cloth. Keep the spare cover on so there is always a clean one during the washing-machine wait.

How does the free Feeding Log work?

It is emailed as a PDF the moment you order. 1 pillow comes with the Feeding Log. 2 pillows come with three printables: the Feeding Log, the Newborn Tracker and the Postpartum Recovery Planner. 3 pillows come with the Complete Postpartum Reset, all 7 Mumma Glow guides.

When will it arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery is about 10 to 12 days to Australia, 8 to 15 days to the US and 5 to 13 days to the UK. You get a tracking email the moment it ships. If you need it before a due date, order with two weeks to spare.

What if it is not for me?

Love it or send it back. Use it for 30 days, and if it is not right for you, email us and we will refund it. You keep the Feeding Log either way.

Real people, not bots. Email care@mummaglow.store and a real person replies within 24 hours, before or after your order.
