At this stage we ship to Australia and New Zealand and hope to ship to other countries very soon.
How long will it take for my Mumma Glow pregnancy and breastfeeding safe skincare order to arrive?
All our orders are sent via registered post and for Australian residents this usually takes 3-7 business days for delivery. Some rural locations can take up to 14 days.
Pre-order items are items that are yet t be launched or return back into stock, please note there can be a longer wait time for these items. If you would like a more detailed update on timing, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $10 for all Australian and NZ orders. All Power Packs and the Ultimate Rejuvenation Kit come with free shipping.
Please note that we are not liable for any customs or taxes for international orders.
If you require your skincare urgently, please select EXPRESS shipping for an additional $5.

Is Mumma Glow pregnancy and breastfeeding safe skincare good for sensitive skin?
We always recommend you patch test our products in an inconspicuous location if you have very sensitive skin. However, our range is created without parabens, SLS, artificial ingredients or synthetic additives so event the most sensitive skin will love our range. Our Anti-Ageing brightening serum is the most active of our skincare due to the concentration of Vitamin C. This can be too stimulating for some skin types so consider our Glow Elixir instead.
We always want you make you happy and are confident you will love the quality of our products. If your purchase has arrived faulty please get in touch within 14 days of purchase to arrange a replacement or refund (where applicable).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and may also require photo evidence of the fault.
Please note that we don't accept returns for change of mind and always recommend you patch test our products in an inconspicuous location if you have very sensitive skin.
Refunds (if applicable)
We only issue refunds if your order is deemed defective or damaged. Willful damage to the products will not be an accepted return. Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that the process is underway. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days (less any transaction fees).
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the process started.
We recommend that you return the product (and they will need to be returned) via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Mumma Glow will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
